Around 9 p.m. November 24, 2016, deputies James Tabor and Joe Prewitt responded to a residence located outside of Corbin on Corinth Cemetery Road. Whitley County E911 received a call that a female could be located at that residence in possession of a truck reported stolen from Campbell Co., Tennessee.
Upon arrival at the residence, deputies Tabor and Prewitt located the described 2006, black Chevrolet Silverado and the woman accused of unlawfully taking it. Tonya L. Cinnamon, 39, of Corbin, was wanted for arrest on a Bell Co. Circuit Court bench warrant. Cinnamon was arrested and also charged with receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more.
During the investigation, deputies made contact with Brandon M. Hill, 36, of Corinth Cemetery Road. Hill had two warrants for his arrest stemming from two separate Whitley Co. court cases.
Deputies also made contact with Nikki Fairchild, 34, of Danville, Kentucky. Fairchild had four warrants for her arrest, stemming from four cases in Boyle and Lincoln counties.
Cinnamon, Hill and Fairchild were arrested and lodged in the Whitley Co. Detention Center.
